A Dear Friend

You know those stressors I mentioned in the prior post - one of them was a five week, out of town trial, which begn in the middle of May.  As luck would have it, Kevin was traveling at the same time, and starting up a new job. 

As for the trial, it was a medical malpractice case with top notch experts from around the country.  We were up late every night, reviewing records and preparing for the following day's battle. I enjoyed every busy, exhausting moment of it, but the best part was learning from my mentor and dear friend Elliot (pictured below with Bridgette and Lorin at our favorite lunch location - Macayo's).
