Kevin and I had to alternate running days to get in shape. Bridgette is no longer content to stay in the jog stroller (though sometimes we can keep her there with ipad movies). But that was okay, because I started running with my friend Linnlee, who joined us for the race. Runninng with a good friend who lets you speak your mind is better than having a psychiatrist.
