Love Actually

In the movie Love Actually, a narrator begins the film by essentially saying that if anyone doubts that there is love in this world, he or she need only go to Heathrow airport in London and watch the arriving passengers be welcomed into loving arms.

I would suggest that another clear sign of love in this world is Primary Program Sunday.  This is the Sunday in our church where the children put on the whole program.  Every spot in the parking lot was filled last Sunday.  Even the non-parking spots were filled.  And inside the chapel, there were many teary-eyed grandparents.

Bridgette, however, was nonchalant as I lead the children in singing.  With her sunglasses, beads, and a sucker, she looked and acted too cool for school.  But Kevin tells me that once the music began, she started singing along.
