The nursery is coming together nicely. The crib is here and the other furniture is on order. We've also made a lot of progress on the colors. We wanted to see how little girls between 12 and 18 months responded to the colors and fabrics, so we invited over our niece Lorin to check it out. As you can see, the response was favorable, so we'll continue with purple and green.
These colors came from the Barbie Fashion Collection prints that you can see in the background. The story there is that we saw these several months before we knew we were pregnant. Maren commented that she thought they would be fun in a little girl's room. So, when we found out we were having a girl, I surprised her with them. This posting is alternately titled "How I won Husband of the Year 2007."
