Stagefright

"I'm nervous," Bridgette told us prior to her big performance.

For two weeks she and her other young cousins practiced hard for Miss Jenny, learning song and dance routines.  This was the first time Bridgette was old enough to participate, having turned four the week before.  And she loved every minute of every rehearsal.  I think she liked performing too, but she was just a little bit intimidated getting up on the big stage in front of the large audience.

As I said to Kevin later, she wasn't quite with program.  But she sure looked adorable as she hit her cues a few beats too late, paused to check out her fancy fake finger nails (which she insisted on putting on to be performance ready), and waved to Uncle Nathan, who came close to the stage with his camera.  We think she earned her flowers.
