When we got there, trucks lined 3 sides of a giant grassy field, and the lines were deep (1 hour plus wait times - although we didn't know this when we got in them). We split up, each standing in a different food line, so that we could try lots of things.
The great fun of it was that we ran into my cousin Alice and her family all there! She let me cut in line!! Her brother and sister in-law, had just recently bought a food truck, and they were there selling pulled pork nachos. If you ever see the food truck, Q-UP! Barbeque, I highly recommended it!
The weather was perfect - probably mid-70's - and despite the longs lines I truly enjoyed sitting in the grass and hanging out with my friends and family and lots of fun food.
