Let it never be said among polite company that we are anything other than frugal and pennywise. Maren wanted to get a memory board for the nursery. However, we were very disappointed to learn that the foo-foo boutiques are asking between $350 and $500 for them. I think we can all agree that this is not to be borne! So, we decided to make our own. It turned out to be both a very fun project and a fraction of the cost. Furthermore, it helps to drive home the point that you can never have too much purple in a nursery (or lime green either).
The nursery is now nearly complete. And not a moment too soon because we hit 32 weeks on Tuesday. We're getting very close now!
